Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to cab, vehicle and travel enquiries and bookings made through viachristustravels.com. Please read your quotation and booking confirmation as well, because trip-specific details are set out there.

1. Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting a form is a booking request, not an automatic confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when Via Christus Travels communicates its acceptance and the agreed trip details to you. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.

2. Prices and inclusions

Prices shown on the website may be starting or indicative prices. The final quotation depends on the vehicle, route, dates, duration and other trip requirements. We will communicate the applicable fare, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and any extra charges before you confirm a booking.

Only items expressly included in your confirmed quotation are included in the fare. Please check it for items such as tolls, parking, permits, driver allowances, extra hours, extra distance and accommodation, where relevant.

3. Customer details and trip changes

Please provide accurate contact and trip details and inform us promptly of changes to your pickup, route, dates or other requirements. Requested changes depend on availability and may change the fare. We will tell you about any revised charge before proceeding with the change.

4. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Any advance payment, balance due date, cancellation charge and refund arrangement will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation provided for your trip. If those details are unclear, please ask us to confirm them in writing before making a payment. Refunds, where due, will be processed in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

5. Vehicle and journey

We aim to provide the agreed vehicle category and service. If an operational issue affects the assigned vehicle or driver, we will contact you and discuss a suitable available alternative. Journey times may vary because of traffic, weather, road conditions, restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Passengers must follow applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions. Any special requirements should be discussed with us before the booking is confirmed.

6. Problems during a trip

If you have an issue with your vehicle or service, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
